COULD you be a ‘
Community Snow Angel’? With wintry weather rapidly
approaching, I thought it might be an appropriate time to compile a list of
people with four-wheel-drive vehicles who would be willing to volunteer to
help reach vulnerable people in our villages in the case of heavy snowfalls. These could be older
people or younger people who can't get out of the villages to do essential
shopping (milk or bread) or have an appointment at the local hospital or
doctors. You don't have to have
a vehicle you can still be a snow angel by volunteering to help clear paths
at the homes of vulnerable people. If you are interested
in being on the Snow Angel list then please contact Val or Mark 01480
